Tucked away in a quiet laneway, this attractive Spetsiot-style house has been recently renovated and offers surprisingly spacious accommodation between a larger main house and 2 attractive cottages. The property is decorated with a mixture of contemporary and classic furnishings making it ideal for modern living. The entrance for the property is through a pretty archway, into a courtyard and walled garden, where you immediately feel a sense of tranquillity.

The main house is on two floors with a spacious living room on the ground floor with stone flagged floor, comfortable sofas and decorated with very beautifully chosen rugs, paintings, lamps and traditional artefacts. A hallway leads to a pretty office/single bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Upstairs is an airy and peaceful master double bedroom and a single bedroom which share a bathroom.

Across the courtyard from the main house, a former stable has been beautifully converted into a farmhouse style kitchen with old beamed ceiling, smart country-style kitchen units and appliances with polished wooden dining table. The courtyard is shady and its dining area provides a perfect spot for breakfast or a long lunch away from the heat of the day.

A 3rd cottage forms the guest annexe with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom.

The well kept garden is a hidden oasis with areas designed for outdoor living, quiet reading or writing and with a new addition of a small plunge pool for cooling off on hot days. Nipping into town or going to the beach could not be easier – both are a short stroll away.
