Villa Aliki is a 19th Century ‘Archontiko’ mansion occupying an enviable position at the water’s edge. The house has been sympathetically renovated with an artist’s deft and subtle touch. The house has a large and leafy garden which adds to the quietness and overall peace of the setting.

The house is on two levels. On the lower level is a very jolly kitchen with a brightly painted antique dresser which is a great place to prepare meals or to enjoy informal dining. The spacious living room is elegant with a light and airy atmosphere. The furnishings and rugs are complemented beautifully by some well chosen objets d’art and original paintings. There is also a formal dining area for 6 guests. The floors throughout are of beautifully restored antique tiles.

A creamy white staircase leads to the upper level. Here there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All bedrooms are furnished with elegance and style. These bedrooms share two bathrooms.

The courtyard garden is a delight and still retains its original pebble mosaic flooring and the large old water cistern. There are lovely places set out in the garden for al fresco dining or for reading and relaxing. The sea is only metres away whenever you feel like a refreshing dip. Here and there in the quiet of the garden, you will discover little artistic touches that will lift your heart.
