Villa Amastris has been recently completed to a very high specification and decorated with a colourful and vibrant contemporary theme. Situated over three levels, its labyrinth of interconnected spaces offers the versatility to suit any combination of family or friends.

The main entrance to the villa leads to the central part of the house. Here there is a large L-shaped living room with kitchen and dining area with double french windows leading to the veranda. The magnificent design of this space affords an almost 270 degree panoramic view of the sea which is literally just below the villa.

From the central living area, the first of two bedrooms can be accessed. These are double/twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each with private veranda. A staircase leads to the upper level which also has two double/twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and their own verandas. These upper level bedrooms can also be linked to one another. An outside staircase winds its way down two levels to the lowest terrace where there is a self-contained studio apartment. The studio has a bedroom with sofa bed, WC, kitchenette with dining table and a pretty veranda overlooking the swimming pool.

Outside, there are spacious grounds with a private swimming pool and an elegant teak sun deck with loungers. A pathway leads down to the seashore where there is a wooden deck for swimming, diving and fishing.

Villa Amastris is situated on the island of Lefkada above the picturesque fishing village of Sivota. Sivota’s pretty marina is a favourite stopping off point for yachts and its harbour is lined with traditional houses, a few essential shops, some traditional tavernas and some good café-bars. Car hire is recommended.  Boat hire can usually be arranged.
