Villa Asterias has been recently completed to very high aesthetic standards. It has very spacious rooms which are full of light and decorated in soft, natural colours. The interiors and furnishings are contemporary in style giving an overall feeling of restfulness and elegance. Being part of a group of villas, located in a quiet setting on a gentle hillside overlooking Trapezaki Beach, Asterias is a great choice for families wanting the privacy of an independent villa but with the chance for the kiddies to be able to mix and play with other families.

This villa is built on three levels. The entrance of the villa is on the middle floor and leads to a living area with comfortable seating and a corner study, a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a family bathroom. The living area and the bedroom access a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views. The balcony offers an outdoor sitting area with sun-loungers.

A set of stairs leads to the upper floor/loft area, where the second bedroom is located. A second bathroom serves this room.

A marble staircase from the main hall leads to the downstairs main living space of the villa. This floor consists of an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor. This bedroom has direct access to the pool area. A further bathroom is accessible just off the living room.

The modern open-plan kitchen accesses an outdoor shaded dining/sitting area and the poolside. The outdoor dining/sitting area offers a wooden dining table, benches and 2 sofas. The surrounding gardens of each villa have been planted with a profusion of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and herbs and designed in such a way as to give privacy to each property. Each villa has its own private pool and outdoor dining area overlooking the magnificent southern coast of Kefalonia.

The sandy beach of Trapezaki which tends to be one of the quieter beaches even in the summer is about a 2 minute drive away or a short walk. The nearest village which has a good selection of shops, excellent bakery as well as various tavernas is about a 5 minute drive.
