Villa Calliope is an excellent family villa that has been recently completed to very high standards. It is in an enviable position being right on the bay of Sivota only 10 metres from the beach.

This architecturally designed and decorated property has been constructed using natural materials and local stone to blend in with the stunning nature that surrounds the perfectly formed natural harbour of Sivota.

Villa Calliope has a spacious open plan living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs situated around the open fire-place. The elegant furnishings complement the paintings that have been commissioned by contemporary artists from Lefkada. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped (including dish-washer) and with separate dining area. The villa benefits from WIFI internet, flat-screen TV, central heating and air-conditioning throughout. All rooms have been furnished in an elegant and modern style with an emphasis on maximum comfort.

The villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom that have been equipped with epavlis eco mattresses with natural metal-free materials. There are 2 bathrooms, the first has a hydro-massage spa bath and shower, the second has shower.

The gardens have been landscaped in a natural style with stone terracing and stone-flagged pathways that meander through the flower gardens and lawn. There is a large swimming pool (40sqm) with teak loungers and umbrellas on its terrace as well as an outdoor shower. From inside the villa and from its outside dining area and poolside, there are magnificent views right out over Sivota bay. A few steps from the garden takes you down to the beach.

Sivota village with its marina is a favourite anchorage for yachts. It is a tranquil and traditional place with a handful of shops, tavernas, restaurants and café-bars all of which are within a few minutes’ walk of the villa. A hired boat could be moored at Sivota marina.

This is a wonderful choice for those wanting to find a luxurious standard of villa suitable for 4, in quiet and traditional surroundings only steps away from the beach.  Boat hire can usually be arranged.
