Entering the villa from the garden, there is a huge living room with vaulted ceiling and traditional stone-polished walls in ochre. The décor is contemporary in style with plenty of comfortable sofas and easy chairs around a fantastic, modern fireplace which is open on 3 sides. There is also a ‘lounge’ area with big sofas and SAT TV, DVD and music system as well as internet access, with wonderful views over the bay below. (Each level of the villa has telephone and broadband access). This room has direct access to the swimming pool terrace. On this level, there is also a large dining area seating 8 guests and a stylish and very well equipped modern kitchen.

Villa Elina has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms: There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom in the main house as well as a separate guest studio with another double bedroom (this could also be made into a twin room). All bedrooms have their own bathroom plus there is an extra guest bathroom. On the lowest level is also a very large laundry room fully equipped.

The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with a very large infinity pool (14m x 5.3m with a depth of 2m) that has stunning sea views. There is a large outdoor stone kitchen and BBQ area as well as main outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. There are various patios and verandas as well as a stunning veranda outside the living room which looks right out over the bay.

The nearest beach is only 250m distance and Portoheli is about 5 mins by car.
