This detached villa lies within a stone’s throw of the cosmopolitan marina town of Porto Heli. The area is generally known as the ‘Costa Grecia’ and lies along the Peloponnesian peninsula opposite the aristocratic island of Spetses. The area is a popular holiday and weekend destination for wealthy Greeks and a boater’s local paradise. It is easily accessed from Athens by regular speed ferry service (2hrs from Piraeus) or by car (120miles/2 hrs from Athens International Airport).

The property comprises of three levels. The entrance to the property is on the middle/upper ground level. An elegant living room decorated in pale shades of cream and blue gives a very welcoming and homely feel to the house. There are comfortable furnishings throughout and beautiful views from all aspects. French windows lead to a spacious veranda which is a wonderful place to dine al fresco whilst taking in the stunning view of Spetses opposite. The living area also has a spacious indoor dining area. Next to this is the kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, espresso machine and toaster. There is also a guest WC on this middle level.

The upper level has two double bedrooms with balconies and one bathroom.

The lower level has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a playroom and utility room with washing machine.

In 2011, Emilion benefitted from a new extension featuring two double en-suite bedrooms which lead directly onto the pool terrace. Each bedroom is light and area and has each been beautifully furnished.

Villa Emilion is situated in a private residential area and benefits from the exclusive use of a large swimming pool (5x10m). The garden is laid with classic Italian terracotta tiles and includes BBQ and covered pergolas, alfresco dining for 12 and outdoor bar. Private gated parking for 2 cars is also provided. The garden is wonderful, full of flowers, offering places to sunbath or to rest in the shade, eat and relax.
