Villa Fayrouz is designed in typical Cycladic style.  From the main entrance, there is a very spacious, open plan living room with an archway leading to the kitchen and dining room. The living room has doors leading out into the garden and to the swimming pool terrace.

The lower level of the villa with its thick walls is a cool space with one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom also en-suite, and another twin bedroom that has a separate bathroom.   All the bedrooms have doors leading out into the garden and there is an outside staircase that takes guests up to the swimming pool terrace.

The top level of the villa has a lovely master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large veranda. The sea is literally just below the villa so there are marvelous views from all aspects of the property.

The property has SAT TV, DVD and CD.  There is air-conditioning in the master-bedroom.

The garden and swimming pool terrace have plenty of areas for relaxing with elegant seating arrangements, a wonderful daybed, BBQ area and large dining table.  As night falls and you look across at the twinkling lights of the harbour and town, the garden and pool take on a magical beauty.  Just below the property, there is a small beach for early morning or late evening dips.

The nearest main beach to the property is at Ornos, 2kms away.  There are shops and tavernas within a very short drive away, and Mykonos Town is 4kms distance. 

This is a great property for relaxed and comfortable island living with beach and amenities close by, and a wonderful pool and outdoor dining terrace for everyone to gather.
