Villa Gracias A La Vida is a splendid property situated on one-acre of land in Costa Ilios overlooking the Island of Delos.  The position, one of the most exclusive on the Island, offers handy access to the nearby beach of Agios Ioannis, with stunning sea views and colourful sunsets.

This very large property comprises a spacious main house and a very spacious guest house which features three master bedrooms between the two houses.  Both houses are attractively furnished in tasteful Greek Island style, with modern bathrooms and appliances.

The main house features a large and comfortable living room with a modern and functional kitchen.  The kitchen leads to a bright dining room with direct access to the pergola-shaded terrace overlooking the sea.

The main house has four bedrooms:  1 master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom;  a guest bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom; and two guest double bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The guest house has a separate entrance and communicates with the main house via a patio. It comprises of three levels. The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and a large living room with a spacious veranda. The first and second floors have two large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with a gorgeous bamboo-shaded veranda overlooking Delos Island.

The property has a very attractive bean-shape swimming pool overlooking the glorious view and features a Camares which is a traditional Greek pool house.  The spacious terrace features teak wood deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a well equipped traditional style in-built barbecue.

The property features WIFI, Plasma TV, Sat TV, DVD, CD and air-conditioning in all bedrooms.

The property is in a wonderful location overlooking Aghios Ioannis bay.  It is only 2kms to the sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis and to local shops and tavernas.  Mykonos Town is just 4kms away.
