Harbour View is a very pretty house with private swimming pool set above the harbour of Hydra. The property has spectacular sunset views over Dokos Island and hours can be spent gazing at the yachts and boats as they ply the waters below.

This neo-classical style house is well equipped and comfortably furnished. The spacious living room with its dining area has French Windows leading onto a large terrace with panoramic views. Although the kitchen is small, it is very well equipped for cooking proper meals.

There are 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms: One bedroom is situated on the upper level of the house with separate bathroom, and one bedroom is on the lowest level of the house with its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have magnificent sunset views.

The pool is 6x4m and 3m deep with a flush front wall so you have a bird’s eye view of the jewel-like port with endless traffic of yachts and boats gliding in and out while you swim.

To the other side of the house is a deliciously cool, small courtyard garden with mountain views planted with yellow and white jasmine and various aromatic plants. This is a lovely place to escape from the midday heat or to linger over a long breakfast.

From the property, a path zig-zags down to the harbour where most of the shops, tavernas and cafes are found as well as the donkey station and water taxi rank – this is a walk of about 15 mins.
