Close to Athens (two and a half hours ride), this property is also ideally situated one hour from the site of Ancient Epidaurus and one hour and a half from the picturesque city of Nafplion by car, while the legendary island of Spetses is only 15 mins by boat away.

The property is beautifully furnished and decorated in shades of pale olive green. Punctuated with colourful pieces of art, the result is beautiful; simple, tasteful and absolutely charming.

The two houses are constructed in a plot of 10,000 square metres only 100 metres from the beach, in a fantastic landscape full of olive, orange and lemon trees and ensure privacy and excellent views of the sea and Porto Heli village.

The first house comprises of a large living room and a dining room with fireplace, two large bedrooms (one double and a twin) and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, dish washer and plenty of cutleries.

The second house has three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin). One of the bedrooms can accommodate four persons (a double bed and two build in sofas) and also has a fire place. There are two bathrooms and a kitchenette in the house.

In between the two houses, there is a spacious, beautiful open air patio with BBQ, an oven and dining area with a large table. An extra fridge, washing machine and iron board can be found in the cellar. There are ceiling air fans in all bedrooms while central heating and two fire places will keep winter visitors warm.

The garden offers a perfusion of plants and herbs. There are several pergolas that give a shade and many places to sit and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The main beach of Porto Heli is located at the end of the garden, across the road. The property has gates, so children are safe to play in the grounds without fear of them running out. The beach offers all sorts of water sports; dinghy sailing, water skiing and motor boats can be rented to explore the very interesting coastline of this fabulous area.
