Rustic charm for four! With private pool, close to town and beaches

This charming cottage all on one level is very well appointed and decorated in a traditional island style. Its position on a gently sloping hillside, nestled into the olive groves gives the cottage a wonderfully secluded feel.

The cottage’s open plan living/dining room with traditional slate floors and wood-beamed ceilings is full of character and rustic charm. There are traditional built-in divan style sofas (which can be used as sofa beds) surrounding the fireplace. French Windows lead to a lovely terrace where some of the most fabulous views of the harbour and town can be enjoyed. The kitchen is small and equipped for simple meals with a breakfast area. The double bedroom is comfortably furnished and has double French windows facing with the same fabulous views as the front terrace. A w/c shower room is also conveniently located between the kitchen and bedroom.

An extra double bedroom with bathroom hast been added to complete this charming property to accommodate four guests.

The cottage has various lovely terraces outside including a spacious veranda with pergola situated in the perfect spot to relax and take outdoor meals in the cooling sea breezes. To the front of the cottage is another veranda overlooking the picturesque village of Skopelos in the distance with the harbour below.

The private pool takes full advantage of the Greek sunshine and is surrounded by olive trees and the peaceful sounds of nature.

Even though Ilias Cottage is in a very secluded position, it is in a very convenient location for both town and beaches: Skopelos Town is only 2kms away and there are some beautiful beaches that guests can access via the many ancient mule-paths that criss-cross the island.

For larger parties, it is possible to rent Villa Ilias which is situated in the same olive grove though both properties are entirely private and separate.
