Villa Narkissia offers an exceptionally high standard of accommodation with stunning views over the Bay of Pefkouli and the white sands of neighbouring Agios Nikitas beach. Villa Narkissia is part of a small collection of boutique villas each with their own private patios and gardens. The three villas have exclusive use of a large swimming pool (16x9 metres) set in its own stone-terraced garden with magnificent views.

Villa Narkissia has a large open plan living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities. French windows lead onto the patio and swimming pool terrace. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom has a spacious veranda with magnificent sea views. There is one bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor and one bathroom on the upper floor.

The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped and includes Sat TV and A/C throughout, waching machine and barbecue.

Within walking distance from Villa Narkissia is the charming village of Agios Nikitas where cars are prohibited from its narrow, winding streets. There you will find a good selection of shops, bars and tavernas – the village is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy excellent, local cuisine and some low-key nightlife. From the beach of Agios Nikitas, there is a regular water taxi that takes guests to the white sand beaches of Kathisma and Pefkulia which have to be amongst Lefkada’s most stunning.

A great option for parties of up to 12 guests is to rent all three of the Narkissia Villas with the huge swimming pool shared between them, or to rent Villa Aphrodite or Villa Polymnia each with their own private pool which also belong to the same collection.
