Villa Neptunea is a waterfront property with own private entrance located within the Parenthesis Villa Resort. Facing endless sea views and Delos Island, the villa features a wide private swimming pool, a large shaded pergola for outdoor dining and BBQ ideal for entertaining guests. The external part around the pool, in front of the house, is quite spacious. Blossoming bougainvillea and diverse types of cacti best describe the garden around this marvellous sea front property.

The one-level villa has a spacious living room with formal dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, all with superb carved marble floors. The interior is tastefully furnished with wooden pieces and soft colors throughout which give a true feel of relaxation to this distinguished property. 

The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and connects directly with the terrace, swimming pool and flourishing garden. Two twin bedrooms share one bathroom and show a similar style of harmony. Both rooms also benefit from direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, while a comfortable sofa bed and large antique armoire are available for extra guests. Facing the pool, a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a separate entrance directly from the garden.
