The main part of the villa has a very large open plan space with living area, formal dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. White carved marble floors, white curtains and white upholstered chairs give a fresh and elegant style.

There are three bedrooms in the main house:  The impressive master bedroom which is carved out of the surrounding rock has a beautiful wooden double bed, whitewashed floorboards and its own en-suite bathroom.  Upstairs, there are two twin bedrooms which are tastefully furnished with antique pieces and feature two en-suite bathrooms with carved marble vanities. Each bedroom has direct access to a roof veranda with stunning views of the pool, the sea and Delos Island.

Below the main part of the house is an airy studio with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.  A recent addition to the property is a beautiful garden bedroom with its own separate entrance with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

The villa offers Plasma TV, Sat TV, DVD, CD and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area.

The villa has a spacious outdoor dining area shaded by a spacious pergola with wood-fire barbecue, and a fabulous swimming pool with panoramic views right out over the sea.

The property is conveniently located just steps away from Kapari beach and enjoys a particularly wind-sheltered location without compromising its stunning views over Delos Island.  It is only 1km from the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis with its excellent beach-side tavernas, bars and shops, and is is only 3kms from Mykonos Town.
