This exceptional and quite outstanding property is set in the hills above the picturesque fishing village of Perdika with the most splendid panoramic view over the island of Moni.  The property blends contemporary styling with various beautifully chosen objects d’art from around the world to create a comfortable, harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.

The central level of the villa is very spacious containing a large living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a large dining area seating 8-10 guests and a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen.  Three sets of glass doors lead onto a superb outdoor terrace and swimming pool.

The picturesque fishing village of Perdika with its excellent fish restaurants and small marina is about a 10 min drive away.  The beaches on Aegina are predominantly sandy and the nearest are also about a 10 min drive away.  Aegina Town with its mixture of both sophisticated café-bars lining the quayside as well as traditional tavernas, artistic shops and colourful markets is about a 25 min drive away.  Moni Island can be accessed by water taxi – about 10 mins across the bay.  Here you can relax on the beach and swim in the most crystal clear waters on an island inhabited only by rare species of deer, goats and peacocks.  This is a protected island and the only development that has been allowed is the small beach bar at the top of the main beach.
