Villa Phoebe is part of a small villa complex of four properties that have two swimming pools between them.  Phoebe shares its swimming pool with neighbouring Villa Artemis.  The property is in a great location above the sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis on the island of Mykonos and features very large outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing making it an ideal property for large families with children or large groups of friends.

Villa Phoebe is built on two levels.  The first level comprises a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.   The master bedroom is on this floor and features a beautiful double bed, with a magnificent ensuite bathroom that has been carved out of the surrounding rock and a large walk-in closet with access to a private veranda with sea views. 

Upstairs are the two guest bedrooms both have twin beds and are delightful, airy and spacious rooms.  These bedrooms share a bathroom.

The villa has been tastefully decorated with antique wooden furniture, white upholstery and terracotta floor tiles.  The property has TV, DVD, CD and air-conditioning throughout.

From the main entrance of the villa doors lead out to a private pergola-shaded veranda which has a cozy, outdoor living area and outdoor dining table overlooking the pool.

Surrounding the villa is a stunning garden featuring unusual cacti and brightly blooming flowers.  The elegant shared pool is located just a few steps away from the villa – the pool is of salt water and is rather beautiful with its large rounded bean shape and featuring, on the water's edge,  a rare gigantic aged Saguaro cacti. The pool area is well equipped with teak deck chairs and umbrella, and enjoys magnificent views in a privileged wind-sheltered location.

The villa is very well located being only 800m from the golden sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis and only 1km from the nearest shops and tavernas.  Mykonos Town is a very short drive away being only 3kms distance.

Villa Phoebe can be rented alone for small groups or combined with any of the other 3 properties (with Artemis, or all together with Asteria, Leto and Artemis) sharing the two pools, making it a very special holiday for large families with children or large groups of friends.  It’s also an ideal property for small wedding parties.
