Villa Phoebe is one of two beautiful villas located in the quiet residential area of Aghios Emilianos just above Porto Heli. The villa has been designed to take full advantage of the stunning 360 degree sea views with the islands of Spetses, Spetsopoula, Hydra, Kounoupi, and Dokos laid out below with Ermioni to complete the panoramic picture.

Villa Phoebe is immaculately furnished and equipped with a contemporary and minimalist style. The villa is on three levels accommodating 10 guests very comfortably. The ground floor level has a very spacious open plan room with comfortable living area with Sat TV, internet connection, DVD and music system. There are plenty of sofas and easy chairs centred around the fireplace with views out over the islands of Spetses and Spetsoula. There is a large dining area with seating for 8 guests and a very stylish kitchen which is excellently well equipped for catering for larger parties. There is a guest WC on this level.

A stone-flagged staircase leads to the upper level where there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The 2nd double bedroom and 3rd bedroom with twin beds share a bathroom. The bedrooms are set on a curve around the house so from every room, there are wonderful views and there is a great feeling of light and space.

From the living room, the stone staircase leads down to the lowest level and there are two further double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a playroom with French Windows leading directly out to the garden and swimming pool terrace.

The gardens are beautiful, planted with many varieties of herbs and colourful Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. Each of the two villas has its own very private outdoor dining areas with BBQ which are not overlooked. The infinity swimming pool is shared between the two villas and is large (8.5m x 12.5 m with a depth of 2.8m). There is a pool side shower and plenty of elegant loungers, tables and chairs made out of beech situated on various pergolas and patios and around the pool area.

The nearest beach is below the villa – about 500m distance (a walk of about 10 mins). Porto Heli is less than 10 mins drive.
