Rocky Mansion is an ideal spacious family villa, located above Agrari Beach, offering both tranquility and stunning sea views. The villa's charming interior is simply decorated in a beach house style featuring local wooden artifacts along a nautical theme.  

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances leads into an airy living room with dining area that has direct access to the swimming pool and its wide terraces.  The colour scheme is light blue, white and ochre giving a pleasingly light, summery feel throughout.

At ground level, there is a guest double bedroom featuring a four-poster bed that has access to the front terrace and swimming pool. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, ideal for children.  These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

On the upper floor, the master bedroom's double bed looks out onto its own private balcony with gorgeous sea and valley views. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

On the lower level of the villa are three spacious studios each with its own private entrance from the garden.  Each studio has its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.  There are two studios with double beds and one studio with twin beds. All three share two stone stairways leading to the pool area and a very large sea-facing terrace.

Next to the pool is a large barbecue and sculpted table offering guests a perfect pergola-shaded entertaining area. Comfortable outdoor pool deck chairs complete the picture.

The property has WIFI, plasma TV, SAT TV, DVD, CD and air-conditioning throughout.

Agrari beach is only 600m distance whilst the nearest shops are 2kms away.  Mykonos Town is about 6kms distance.
