This high quality villa is situated in a private estate of three villas. Each villa has its own privacy, large garden and large private pool. The villas are set on a hillside surrounded by olive groves and with stunning views over Malame Bay.
Villa Rogdia has a large open plan living room with TV area as well as office area which includes a computer, fax machine and WIFI internet. Within this open plan room, there is also a dining area for 6 guests. French windows lead from this room out onto a lovely terrace surrounded by gardens and with the pool in front. From the living area there is a separate kitchen which is very well equipped with a full oven and dishwasher. On the far side of the living area, there is a marble bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with private balcony and spacious walk-in closets opposite. There is a separate large, marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower which has big windows looking right out over Malame bay.
A short staircase leads up to a very pretty bedroom with double bed that is set under the eaves.
Surrounding the villa are colourfully planted gardens with lawns. In front of the main veranda is a large swimming pool. Beyond this is a very spacious outdoor dining area and barbecue set out under the shade of a gazebo. The views from the whole property are really beautiful – over olive-clad hillsides right out over the sea.
