This is an exquisitely renovated traditional stone house that is situated on a hillside surrounded by nature overlooking the sea. It is a studio-style property that has a comfortable and brightly decorated living area at one end, with a very romantic traditional-style platform double bed at the furthest end. There is a bathroom with excellent shower and a separate kitchen. The outside patio has a lovely area for dining overlooking the sea.

The vibrant main town of Aegina with its marina and great variety of artistic shops, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars and colourful markets lies at the foot of the hill - approx 3 mins by car or 20 mins walk.  There are many beaches from which to choose, the nearest being about 10 mins by car.

At this property, modern amenities have purposefully been kept to a minimum and it is ideal for those who enjoy relaxing in a natural environment away from the clutter of modern life.

The Roustiko can be rented in conjunction with Villa Eden to cater for larger groups.
