Everything about Villa Salandi (West) is truly magnificent: Its waterfront setting with private access down to a beautiful beach, the view of a serene bay with the gentle contours of small islands rising from the turquoise waters, a breathtakingly beautiful horizon swimming pool surrounded by gardens and olive groves and a villa offering the highest standards of comfort and luxury.

The villa is on three levels: There is a very large open plan living room with comfortable furnishings and a guest WC to one side. The kitchen area is sleek and stylish in appearance with brand new top of the range appliances and is particularly well equipped. The dining area is elegant and understated with ultra modern styling. From the living area, French Windows lead out onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea which has very comfortable sofas and chairs set around a large coffee table. From the dining area, French Windows lead out onto the outdoor dining terrace which has a large, modern dining table seating up to 10 guests comfortably.

On the upper level is the master bedroom with double bedroom, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Doors lead out onto a very spacious verandah with stunning views over the bay. Along the coridoor is a bedroom with twin beds which also has its own ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, and large verandah with sea facing views.

The lowest level of the villa opens onto a games room which has a sofa bed for extra guests. On this level, there are 2 double bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower and bath. Doors lead from the games room out to a cool patio situated to the side of the villa. A stone pathway leads from this patio round to the swimming pool and garden.

Villa Salandi (West) has beautifully landscaped gardens with many walkways and pathways where you can escape amongst the flowers and trees to secluded little patios and sun terraces. There is a particularly large covered BBQ area as well as various terraces for relaxing. The focal point of the garden is the curvaceous horizon swimming pool which seems to be embraced by the bay literally metres away. A pretty pathway leads from the garden straight down to a secluded cove with narrow beach which is naturally screened on both sides by rocky outcrops making it utterly private to this villa.

Salandi Bay is an undiscovered gem with stunning views and idyllically quiet surroundings. A good selection of shops and tavernas can be found in the village of Didima located in the hills behind the villa – about a 7 minute drive from the property. The refined marina town of Porto Heli is 20 mins by car with its sophisticated selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. With a small hired motorboat you can explore the many coves and islands around this area including Spetses, Hydra and Poros. Even the Venetian town of Nafplion is only 40 mins away by boat.
