Gorgeous little stone villas, full of character and each sleeping 4 guests, are located on the island of Kea. The villas offer a great solution for a large group of friends wanting a level of privacy or small families wanting to socialize around the shared swimming pool.

The Rondokado Stone villas are situated in a large, gated estate in the hills of Kea Island. Each villa has been tastefully and artistically decorated blending traditional building techniques with modern furnishings and appliances.

On the ground floor of each house is a double bedroom with comfortable furnishings and full wardrobes and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom, though there is a second guest bathroom upstairs. Also on the ground floor is a large laundry room and storage area.

Upstairs a large living area is situated with comfortable sofas and chairs in plain colours, punctuated by art on the walls and ethnic rugs on the floors. This central ‘living area’ also offers a dining area and a modern Italian style kitchen. The two floors are connected internally by a marble staircase and each house has a tv intercom connecting to the main gate.

French doors connect both the upper and lower floors with external terraces perfect for alfresco dining or that well deserved ‘sundowner’.

The communal garden has been planted with indigenous plants, flowers, trees and shrubs, interspersed with marble planters and large clay pots. The villas share a large infinity swimming pool with its own bar and seating area.

The port of Korissia and the yacht marina of Vourkari are a 15 minute drive away while the main village of Ioulis is only 5 minutes by car. The sandy beaches of Otzia, Pisses and Koundoros are easily accessed along paved roads and the tavernas in all the villages and little ports and harbours offer fresh homemade cuisine and seafood caught locally.

Kea is an island which has escaped the influence of mass tourism and therefore offers something really attractive to the independent traveller.  It is located just an hours ferry ride from Lavrion so can be easily accessed from Athens airport. Kea has retained a sense of timeless tranquility and its many coves and bays offer perfect beaches to the few that happen to stumble on this little Hellenic gem.
