This generously proportioned property with its landscaped gardens and very large, private swimming pool is only steps away from the Old Harbour. There is nothing quite like enjoying cocktails on the terrace with an unparalleled view of the sailing boats and caiques that line this historical waterway.

The property comprises of a generously proportioned main house and a very spacious guesthouse. The main house has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double/twin bedroom and a 3rd twin bedroom that share a bathroom as well as one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also one single/twin bedroom and a further single bedroom that share another bathroom. The living room is very spacious indeed and with a dining area for 10-12 guests. The kitchen is particularly well equipped for entertaining.

The guesthouse has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which share a bathroom.

The property is surrounded by large grounds with a 10m x 5m private swimming pool. There are many areas outside for relaxing in sun or shade including a fabulous outdoor dining area where up to 12 guests can be seated comfortably.

The Old Harbour Residence is an incredibly private and peaceful property and yet within very easy walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and bars of Spetses.
