Grand spaces and lofty styling are the hallmarks of this elegant villa which is superbly situated high above the port of Mykonos. The villa is on two levels with a separate guest wing. Marble floors feature throughout and every room has a stunning view from its generously proportioned veranda.

Entering the main hallway there is a large double-fronted living room with comfortable sofas set around the fireplace, and formal dining area for 8 guests. Glass doors running the length of the living room lead out to a huge marble terrace with amazing views over the bay. The terrace continues round to the side of the villa where there is a wonderful infinity pool where pool, sea and sky merge spectacularly in a seemingly endless view. Above the pool is an elegant ‘loggia’ offering a shaded outdoor dining area for 10 guests, and a beautiful outdoor living area both with stunning views.

At the far end of the corridor is an excellently well equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 guests. The kitchen is conveniently situated close to the outdoor dining area and barbecue.

Walking to the other end of the corridor is a lavish master bedroom suite. The bedroom has two beautiful antique double beds and a spacious private veranda with views of the sea. The bedroom leads through to a tranquil office with mountain views. From the office is accessed a small, private living room which is full of light and sunshine with glass windows all around to take in the marvellous views over the islands of Delos and Tinos. The dressing room leads through to an impressive marble bathroom featuring a vermillion red and brass hip bath with very large shower.

Downstairs, a dramatic marble hallway leads your eye out and beyond to the infinite view of the bay below. On the left is a very unusual feature – a cavernous room hewn from the rock with natural springs.

Continuing down the corridor is a very large double bedroom with handsome double bed in carved oak. Doors lead out onto a stunning veranda with wonderful views. The ensuite marble bathroom with bath and shower is decorated in deep violet-blue. The 3rd double bedroom has a four poster bed and a huge wooden veranda from which you can see across to Mykonos town. This bedroom has a very large marble bathroom in ochre with double sinks and bath with shower.

Along the front of the lower level is a very large wooden veranda that brings you out to a separate guest wing where there are 2 guest suites. The 1st guest suite has a large double bedroom with sea-green bathroom that has a bath with shower. The bougainvillea-clad veranda affords fabulous views over the sea and to Mykonos town. The 2nd guest suite has twin beds and an azure-blue bathroom that has bath with shower and separate dressing room.

For guests who may need some further space, there is a separate guesthouse on two levels that is more simply furnished. The ground floor level has two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is a double/twin room with its own bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with doors leading to a private patio and views of the bay. This room has a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is a kitchen with dishwasher, an oven, hob with 2 rings and a fridge. There is also a small living area and dining area for four. The guest house would usually remain closed unless guests specifically request this.

This is a spectacular property that is so conveniently located being only a 5 minute drive from Mykonos Town and to the nearest beaches. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings are completely unspoilt since the property is situated on its own private hillside.
