Villa Xerxes is located on Lefkada above the picturesque fishing village of Sivota. Every room in this modern  villa has been designed with spaciousness in mind complemented by the magnificent panoramic sea views. The villa is extremely well equipped and furnished in an elegant, modern style and all bedrooms are of an equally large size.

The main entrance to the villa leads to a large central open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Double french windows lead out onto a large veranda with sweeping views across the swimming pool to the infinite blue of the sea below. On this level, there are also two double/twin bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom.

An outer staircase leads down to the swimming pool terrace where there are two further double/twin bedrooms also with en-suite bathrooms and their own private verandas.

Villa Xerxes is set within its own private grounds with a lovely swimming pool. A pathway leads through the olive groves to the seashore where there is a wooden deck for swimming, diving and fishing.

The nearby village of Sivota with its pretty marina is a favourite stopping off point for yachts. The harbour is lined with traditional houses as well as a few shops, tavernas and bars. Car hire is recommended. Boat hire can usually be arranged.
