Villa Xteni is part of a luxurious collection of villas situated above Trapezaki beach.  Each villa has its own swimming pool, garden and privacy.

Villa Xteni is a two floor villa with the main entrance situated on the upper floor. The main entrance leads to a living room with the kitchen and dining area to the right. From the dining area there is access to a balcony with an outdoor dining area and views to the sea. A separate door offers access to the pool terrace.

A marble staircase leads down to the bedroom level. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom has the advantage of a walk-in wardrobe and opens onto an outside shaded sitting area with table and chairs and a sofa. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom.  Both bedrooms access the garden and a further set of stairs leads to the pool area.

The property has very spacious rooms which are full of light and decorated in soft, natural colours. The interiors and furnishings are contemporary in style giving an overall feeling of restfulness and elegance.

The surrounding gardens of each villa have been planted with a profusion of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and herbs and designed in such a way as to give privacy to each property. Each villa has its own private pool and outdoor dining area overlooking the magnificent southern coast of Kefalonia.

The sandy beach of Trapezaki which tends to be one of the quieter beaches even in the summer is about a 2 minute drive away. The nearest village which has a good selection of shops, excellent bakery as well as various tavernas is about a 5 minute drive.
