This artistically restored 19th century island house is situated in the heart of the old town of Spetses. Agios Fanourios is owned by an artist of the island and her own personal style is reflected in its colourful atmosphere.

The house is very private and surrounded by courtyard gardens at various levels. The central courtyard has a beautiful swimming pool which can be accessed from all levels of the house.

There is a large family kitchen with kitchen garden, a spacious living room with a very large terrace that has tremendous views over the old town and to the sea below and there are three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom facilities.

Spetses is the southern most island of the Saronic group. It is wooded and has retained its charm and character through responsible planning, resulting in one of the more select destinations in Greece. It has a stunning Old Harbour lined with neo classical mansions, some excellent tavernas, cafes, bars and shops as well as many sandy coves to explore.
