Villa Amelia is located in Agios Ioannis, just steps away from its lovely church and sandy beach. It has private entrance parking, a large private swimming pool surrounded by a gigantic bamboo grove, giving a magical atmosphere and a sense of privacy to the outdoor area. The large pool terrace features comfortable wooden sundeck chairs, a dining area with shaded pergola, a Greek style BBQ all within a wide recreational outdoor space.

The entrance of the house leads to a spacious open plan living room with fireplace, a formal dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Arches and stone-steps give separation to this wide space. The hallway and living room have beautifully hand-carved marble floors and wooden beamed ceilings.

A guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground level and has direct access to the swimming pool.

An attractive staircase leads to the first floor master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and magnificent sea views from its private veranda. Two other guest bedrooms with shared bathroom have sea view balcony or veranda.

A separate studio, accessible from the pool terrace, is available for two extra guests.
