The private Villa Ariadne, is situated on the edge of Kolymbari village, 20 kilometers west of Chania town, Crete. This new, traditional stone built villa was originally designed as a family home with all the space and comforts that you would expect from a luxury villa.

Villa Ariadne has a very large open plan living room and dining area leading to a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences and facilities required.

On this ground floor level is also a triple bedroom and a bathroom, a large terrace with a swimming pool and various balconies providing wonderful views of the countryside and the sea.

An internal staircase (child gate is also provided) leads to the upper floor where there is a master double bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, a tiled bathroom with large bath and overhead shower and a second bathroom with a tiled shower area. Again a magnificent terrace leads from the bedrooms offering breathtaking views, all bedrooms have balconies providing wonderful views. Villa Ariadne is air conditioned.

The outdoor area of the villa has a private pool surrounded by a stone patio. The nearest beach is a 5 min walk. Many of the beaches in this area are Blue Flag beaches. The village of Kolymbari with its shops and amenities is within walking distance.
