Villa Despina is situated in the heart of the town of Spetses, Greece.  This lovely Greek villa sleeps up to 7 people and has the benefits of a shared swimming pool.

Located within walking distance of the Old Harbour of Spetses and the beach, Villa Despina is part of a collection of new houses that successfully retain the character and gracious architecture of the island. Designed around a courtyard garden with a profusion of flowers and winding pathways in traditional pebble mosaic, the white and blue villa with its terracotta tiled roof overlooks the swimming pool that is shared by four neighbouring houses.

Stone steps from the entrance lead to the open plan living/dining room which is stylishly decorated in neutral tones maximising the space. From the well equipped kitchen, there is access to a veranda overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. This is a great space for alfresco dining, coffee in the morning, reading and relaxing generally whilst keeping that watchful eye on the children playing in the swimming pool.

Upstairs, there is a lovely master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a veranda with stunning views. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. A further twin bedroom and small single bedroom with bathroom are found on the lower ground floor.

Villa Despina is in an excellent location, situated in peaceful surroundings yet within very easy walking distance of the town of Spetses with its sandy beach, boutique shops, museum and all amenities that you would expect to find. The Old Harbour offering a great selection of tavernas, restaurants, cafes and bars all of a particularly high standard is also within an easy walk in the opposite direction.

There are plenty of neighbouring coves to discover by water taxi or by hiring a small motor boat. And for those culture vultures wanting to travel further a field, there are many day trips to ancient sites and cultural events on the nearby Peloponnese Mainland.
