Eden is a large, private, Greek, family villa on the island of Aegina that sleeps 9. It occupies a spectacular position with magnificent views over the islands of the Saronic Gulf and the Eastern mountains of the Peloponnese and provides exceptional self catering holiday accommodation in Greece with swimming pool.

With magnificent views over the islands of the Saronic Gulf and the Peloponnese beyond, this contemporary villa integrates wholly with the starkness of its surrounding landscape of wild flowers, grasses and tumbling old stone grey walls.

The centre of the house is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with glass walls that can be opened fully to the outside space creating a cleverly designed outdoor/indoor living space.  These glass doors lead out onto an enormous terrace with plenty of space for outdoor dining.  The funky kitchen is superbly equipped and in the best position for taking in the views whilst conjuring up a storm in the kitchen!

A corridor leads to the private areas of the villa. On this level there are 2 children's bedrooms each with generous sized bunk beds.  These two bedrooms share their own spacious marble bathroom and all bedrooms have wonderful verandas with sea views.  Further along on this level is the master bedroom with its fabulous hamman style sunken bathroom in honey coloured marble.

On the lower level of the villa is a guest double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  French doors lead onto a lovely, private terrace with magnificent views.  There is also a small single bedroom and a fully equipped laundry room.

The villa is surrounded by extensive grounds set out on various terraced levels.  The large swimming pool lies in its own terrace below the main villa and forms part of a beautifully designed contemporary landscape of perfectly spaced olive trees against a gravel background.

The setting provides many areas for relaxation and unwinding from the stresses of city life.  The vibrant main town of Aegina with its marina and great variety of shops, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars and colourful markets lies at the foot of the hill - approx 3 mins by car or 20 mins walk.  There are many beaches from which to choose, the nearest being about 10 mins by car.

The Roustiko can be rented in conjunction with Villa Eden to cater for larger groups.
