Villa Evangelia has been recently completed to very high standards. Situated on a large, private estate with views out over the sea towards the uninhabited island of Dias, the villa combines the benefits of having both a private pool and being only 180m distance from the long, sandy beach at Avithos.

The villa is all on one level with spaciously designed rooms and contemporary style furnishings. There is an open plan living room with dining area for six, and well equipped kitchen. French Windows lead out onto a large terrace that runs the length of the house with shaded outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities overlooking the pool. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom as well as 2 bathrooms.

The villa is surrounded by large gardens and is in a very peaceful position. A small country road leads down to Avithos Beach (approx 3 mins walk) and at the far end of the beach are various tavernas, cafes, bars and local shops – all within about a 10 min walk. The main town of the island, Argostoli, is about 10 mins by car - it has a great variety of traditional tavernas, some quite sophisticated restaurants, bars, cafes around the marina, a wonderful daily fruit & vegetable market, plenty of shops and fresh fish sold off the caique boats in the quay.

This is an ideal villa for families wanting an easy holiday in peaceful surroundings with beach and amenities close by.
