This fabulous villa has been recently completed and provides accommodation of an exceptionally high standard and is located on the island of Mykonos. The villa has a breathtaking view of the dazzling blue of the Aegean Sea below and the white cubist architecture of Mykonos Town.

Villa Fayrouzoula is designed in typical Cycladic style with elegant furnishings throughout. From the main entrance, there is a very spacious, open plan living room with an archway leading to the kitchen and dining room. The living room has doors leading out into the garden and to the swimming pool terrace.

The lower level of the villa has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom also en-suite, and a second twin bedroom that has two single beds. There is also a third WC on this level. All the bedrooms have doors leading out into the garden and there is an outside staircase that takes guests up to the swimming pool terrace. The top level of the villa has a second double bedroom also with en-suite bathroom and a large veranda. The sea is literally just below the villa so there are marvelous views from all aspects of the property.

The garden and swimming pool terrace have plenty of areas for relaxing with elegant seating arrangements, a wonderful daybed, BBQ area and large dining table. As night falls and you look across at the twinkling lights of the harbour and town, the garden and pool take on a magical beauty.

The harbour of Mykonos is 10 minutes by car and the nearest sandy beach is a few minutes drive. Bakery, supermarket and other amenities are located close by but we do recommend car hire. Prices include the services of a full-time housekeeper and gardener.
