The Grand apartments suites are on the upper floors of the main building. They can be rented as two separate apartments or one large interconnecting one. 

Grand Apartment Suite 1 has 2 bedrooms, the first being a double and the second a twin that is situated in the gallery area above the living room. The apartment suite has a beautiful bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a central open plan living/dining room.

Grand Apartment Suite 2 has 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin. The 5th guest can sleep on a traditional divan bed situated in the living room area. This apartment has a spacious, luxurious bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen and elegant dining/living room, separated by a stone built arch.

Both residences are decorated with antiques and have access to verandas with marvellous views of Spetses town and the sea, they also benefit from an open fireplace which enhances the warmth and romanticism of these gorgeous apartment suites in the colder months of the year.
