Villa Kalomira, painted in the traditional white with blue shutters, faces a stunning 180 degree view of the white-washed houses of the traditional village of Glossa, which cascade down the hillside to the quiet marina of Loutraki below. The fabulous views continue out to sweeping views of sea and the islands of Skiathos, Evia and the mainland beyond.

Entering into the open plan living/dining room of the villa, the atmosphere is inviting and charming with its Skopelitian decor and corner fireplace. The French windows open onto a large terrace with stunning views.

To the left of the main entrance is the kitchen with a circular breakfast bar where coffee or breakfast can be served with the dramatic backdrop of this fabulous view. A small hallway from the main living spaces leads to the master bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. A w/c shower room is located off of the hallway.

A stairway leads to the 3rd bedroom which is furnished with a single bed and has French doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the pool with the sea below.

The private swimming pool is situated a level down from the house and is reached by a stairway from the front terrace. From the large pool terrace, long summer afternoons can be spent lounging with your favourite book or working on your holiday tan. The views from this tranquil spot on the hillside compete with anywhere in the Sporades.

The location of Villa Kalomira, half way between Klima and Glossa make it central to shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches alike. The village of Glossa, second largest on the island, is just a few minutes drive from the villa or a walk of about 10 mins and has markets, butcher, baker and pharmacy as well as a lovely upscale taverna with roof a garden. A few minutes further down the winding road is Loutraki and it's small, picturesque waterfront. Here, there are several choices of tavernas and cafes as well as a beach for a quick swim after lunch. Only one minute from the villa are small roads leading to the isolated beaches of the island such as Agios Ioannis and Perivouliou.
