The Kava Villas in Zakynthos are very close to the beach and each one sleeps 6 guests and has its own private swimming pool. The villas are furnished to a high standard and have air conditioning.

Surrounded by Olive Groves and only a short walk to the sea, these lovely villas are ideal for families or groups of friends.

The six Kava Houses on Zakynthos are in an ideal location only 200m from the marina of Kavo Belousiou and the quiet, sandy beach of Porto Kavo. Located amongst beautiful olive groves and well preserved landscaped gardens with tremendous sea views, each of these villas has its own private swimming pool and has been individually designed using local stone, carved wood, subtle shades of ochre and creams accented by splashes of Mediterannean colour.

Each villa is on two levels with a large open plan living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is also one double bedroom with a large bathroom on this level. Upstairs, there is a 2nd double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have large balconies or vernadas.

Each villa is set within its own private, landscaped garden with private swimming pool (7mx5m) and with BBQ area and plenty of space for al fresco dining.

The Kava Houses being within easy walking distance of the marina make them a perfect base for exploring the Ionian Islands with a sailing or motorboat.
