Villa Kerithium is located within the Parenthesis Villa Resort, overlooking Agios Ioannis beach and the sea. The property has own private entrance and large parking space for guests. A stone pathway starts from the entrance level where the swimming pool is located and leads up to the villa via a gorgeous garden.

The main floor consists of a combined large sitting and formal dining space, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with terrace, outdoor BBQ and dining area. A very large suite-style master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor, while two other bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea views are located on the upper floor. An extra bedroom for two more guests will be added to the main house, with separate entrance and en-suite bathroom, due to be completed by summer 2007. The property is conveniently located just minutes walk to Agios Ioannis beach and enjoys a particularly wind-sheltered location without compromising its stunning views over Delos Island.

The beautiful bean-shaped waterfront pool is surrounded by a cacti garden and natural rocks, featuring a large terrace with a second wide pergola, outdoor dining and entertaining area.
