Kymothoe is a luxurious property in a majestic position and can be rented on its own, providing a private setting for a family or group of friends to enjoy this very chic and trendy island.  It is possible to rent Kymothoe in combination with its neighbouring Villa Okyroe for large groups of up to 18 guests.

Villa Kymothoe, is a spacious waterfront villa with a stunning private infinity swimming pool, garden setting and shaded pergola, just a few minutes walk from the secluded sandy beach of Kapari. 

The large infinity pool is well equipped with teak deck chairs and a sitting area for relaxation and entertaining. The bright, elegant living room and oval-shape sitting area are exquisitely furnished with an off-white upholstered day bed, armchair and flowing curtains. The open-style formal dining space connects to a small modern but functional kitchen, an outdoor patio and BBQ area. The large outdoor dining table by the swimming pool is perfect for alfreco dining. 

The master bedroom, located on the main floor benefits from a large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The upper floor has two nicely appointed twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom. Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom has direct access to a terrace with stunning sea views.

The guest studio provides accommodation for the ninth and tenth guests.

Kymothoe offers privacy, elegance and a peaceful environment for clients with high expectations.
