Dating from the 1600’s, this property has been sympathetically renovated to provide comfortable and cosy accommodation with all modern facilities. Livadia Cottages (meaning ‘meadow or ‘paddock’) are located in a quiet, rural setting surrounded by olive groves and meadows with westerly sea views and stunning sunsets.

The main cottage has a pretty living room with comfortable furnishings, wooden floors and stone walls. This leads onto a traditional farmhouse kitchen with dining area and large wood-burning stove. Doors lead out onto a courtyard patio filled with flowers and with lovely views. There is a double bedroom with its own veranda and a twin bedroom with a stone patio. These bedrooms share a main bathroom. The cottage has many stone verandas and patios where guests can enjoy dining, reading and relaxing.

A pathway through the garden leads to the former donkey stable. This has been charmingly restored to provide self-contained accommodation with one double bedroom and a small kitchen with dining table and living area with traditional wood burning stove. Doors lead out onto a very large stone veranda surrounded by flowers with the swimming pool just below and a view of the sea in the distance.

Livadia Cottages are well equipped and furnished with central heating and SatTV. The metre-thick stone walls provide natural coolness in the summer months. Each cottage is surrounded by terraced gardens to give privacy with a swimming pool overlooking the olive groves and meadow. A thirty minute stroll through the meadow and woodland will bring you to the nearest secluded beach. The property is located just outside the village of Fiskardo which has one of the most picturesque harbours in Greece and is a favourite anchorage for yachts.
