This is a contemporary stone house, newly finished, with really stylishly decorated interiors. The soft hue of the local rose coloured stone, corresponding touches of French Grey paintwork and hand-crafted wooden interiors make this a cosy yet sophisticated all year round home for the most discerning of guests.

Set above the Bay of Theologos with the mountains of Evia beyond, Villa Malissina offers a secluded location cooled in the summer by the surrounding pine forests and within walking distance to the sea and tavernas..

The main house has a spacious living and dining area with double height vaulted ceiling and immense fireplace. The onyx and grey-blue kitchen is designed to very high standards with a door leading to the kitchen patio and vegetable garden. On this level there is also a full bathroom and the second bedroom. From the living area, a beautifully carved staircase leads to a large galleried area with the master bedroom. Doors lead to a large terrace with lovely sea and mountain views.

There is a separate guesthouse which is accessed via the garden. This is a family room with double bed and single bed, separate bathroom and small kitchenette.

The gardens surrounding the house have been beautifully landscaped with lawns, herb and flower gardens and a large vegetable garden.

Villa Malissina is located a short drive from the village of Malissina where all the local amenities can be found. There are many good small beaches and coves about 5 mins drive from the house.  Malissina itself is located about 130 kms north of Athens and can be easily accessed via the National Road. The journey time from Athens airport is about 1 hour 20 mins. Malissina is also less than one hour from Greece’s largest ski resort on Mount Parnassos and only 45 mins from the ancient archaelogical site of Delphi with its neighbouring traditional mountain village of Arachova. Villa Malissina is perfect as an all year round family holiday location with great style.
