Villa Marzia is a typically Greek villa with two bedrooms, that sleeps four, in Zakynthos, Greece.

Villa Marzia is set upon the banks of a gentle river with views over the Keri Nature Reserve to nearby Keri Bay. This is a spacious, semi-detached stone villa with hand-carved wooden interiors and large verandas overlooking the lawns and vegetable gardens which run down to the river.

Villa Marzia is on two levels. The ground floor has a large, open plan farm-house kitchen which is well equipped with dining area, living area and guest WC. A wooden veranda runs the length of the house with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the view and garden.

Wooden stairs lead to the loft-style upper level where there is a small children’s bedroom screened off from the hallway by pretty cream drapes. Through the children’s bedroom is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is very romantic with hand-carved four-poster bed and soft muslin drapes. Double doors lead to the veranda with sea views over the bay.

The spectacular beach of Limni Keriou and its amenities are a distance of 100 metres. The villa is situated on a quiet lane, surrounded by gardens which are enclosed from the river and is an ideal spot for families with children.

Villa Marzia and the adjoining Villa Adonis are available for let separately or combined for larger parties. Early booking is recommended.
