This newly completed villa offers an exceptionally high standard of accommodation with stunning views over the Bay of Pefkouli and the white sands of neighbouring Agios Nikitas beach. Villa Narkissia is part of a small collection of five boutique villas each with their own private patios and gardens. The villas have exclusive use of a large swimming pool set in its own stone-terraced garden with magnificent views.

Villa Narkissia has a large open plan living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. French Windows lead to the patio and swimming pool terrace. There are two double bedrooms.  Each bedroom has a spacious veranda with magnificent sea views.  There is one bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor and one guest bathroom with WC on the upper floor.
The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped and includes Sat TV and A/C throughout.

Within walking distance from Villa Narkissia is the charming village of Agios Nikitas where cars are prohibited from its narrow, winding streets. There you will find a good selection of shops, bars and tavernas – the village is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy excellent, local cuisine and some low-key nightlife. From the beach of Agios Nikitas, there is a regular water taxi that takes guests to the white sand beaches of Kathisma and Pefkulia which have to be amongst Lefkada’s most stunning.
