Villa Nicoletta sleeps up to 5 guests in two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and breathtaking views over the bay.  Situated on the Greek Island of Santorini, Villa Nicoletta provides a traditional setting on a very special island in Greece.

Villa Nicoletta is a recently renovated 'cave house' that is typical of the old style houses of Santorini where the lower floor of the house is literally carved out of the rock. In old times, this kept the houses cool in summer, warm in winter and relatively secure from volcano or earthquake activity. These 'cave houses' are now considered to be a charming feature of the island's style.

Stone steps wind around the traditional houses nestling in the cleft of the rock to the entrance of the villa. The lower level has a light and airy open plan kitchen with dining and living area. The living area has a traditional divan bed for two extra guests. An arched doorway leads from the living area to a double bedroom which is set into the rock. There is a shower room leading off the bedroom. 

Outside is the main veranda with magnificent views over the caldera. An outer stone staircase leads from the veranda up to the second level where there is a studio space that has a double bed, living area with small kitchenette and shower room.

The decor throughout is simple, tasteful island style.

Oia is one of the most picturesque and romantic villages in Santorini with colourful houses literally clinging to the rocks. There are many excellent restaurants and bars with some very chic shops and galleries. Oia is renowned for its sunsets and every evening, people gather literally to applaud the magnificent spectacle of the sun setting over the caldera.
