Villa Petrathalassa is a fabulous property with luxurious horizon pool with Jacuzzi and in the most fantastic setting close to a long, sandy beach. The villa has been furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard offering comfort and elegance in a contemporary setting.

The main reception room has a large open plan living room with plenty of comfortable sofas and easy chairs. The dining area seating 8 has glass doors leading out onto a wonderful pool terrace with views right out across the bay. To the left of the living room, an entrance opening onto a very smart kitchen which is fully fitted and equipped. To the right, is an entrance to a cosy TV/lounge area with fireplace.

Continuing through the TV room, there is a hallway with guest WC. On the far side of this hallway is the entrance to the master bedroom suite which has its own separate bathroom with bath and shower as well as large sea-facing veranda.

From the main living room, a staircase leading down to the main garden level where there are two double/twin bedrooms each with their own bathroom. At this level, there is also a separate guest suite which is equal in standard to the main master bedroom suite. Here, there is a double bed with living area, separate kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.

The villa is set within spacious grounds with landscaped gardens. The swimming pool terrace which has magnificent views over the sea is situated on an upper terrace. To the side of the villa opposite the pool is a large outdoor kitchen with BBQ area and dining area. There are many patios and areas set out with comfortable loungers, tables and chairs to enjoy the peace and serenity of the setting.

The marina town of Porto Heli with its elegant restaurants, cafes, bars and shops is less than a 10 minute drive. The pretty harbour town of Hermioni with its pine-scented hills and traditional tavernas and shops is also about a 10 minute drive. The Porto Heli area is also excellent for watersports and the islands of Spetses and Hydra are easily accessible by water taxi or Flying Dolphin. This is also an area rich in culture and history with the archaeological sites of Mycenae, Epidavros and Corinth within easy driving distance as well as the Venetian town of Nafplion and the beautiful neo-classical town of Kranidi.
