Beautiful, stylish, comfortable and relaxing – these two villas have been completed to an exceptionally high standard with outstanding attention to detail. Each has magnificent views across the lush valley with glimpses of the nearby sea. The heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen and dining area are surrounded by colourful, scented gardens.

Each villa is on two levels with a basement laundry room. The ground level is a stylishly designed open plan space with living room, dining area, kitchen and separate small WC. French windows lead to a private terrace with stone steps down to the garden and swimming pool area. Upstairs is a well appointed bathroom and two very pretty double bedrooms – one with balcony and one with a larger veranda. Breakfast in bed looking across the mountains with the tinkling of the goat bells in the distance is a memorable experience.

The gardens have been landscaped using local stone. Roses, honeysuckle and jasmine climb and tumble over walls and pergolas. Adjacent to the heated swimming pool is a truly wonderful outdoor kitchen and elegant dining area.

The villas have full laundry facilities in the basement (washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities). There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms; satellite TV, DVD and CD player. During the winter, there is a modern central heating system and wood-burning stove in the living room.

The villas are situated 800 metres from the village of Agia Efimia which remains unspoilt and tranquil with an authentically Greek atmosphere and home to many Greeks even in the winter. Here, there is an excellent choice of tavernas and café bars which line the quayside. All shops and amenities can be found in the village. There are numerous small white pebble coves and beaches nearby with clear crystal waters ideal for snorkeling. There is a professional diving school in the village and small boats for hire. A local ferry does daily trips to the neighbouring islands of Ithaka and Zakynthos.
