The 'House on the Hill' is in a lovely position being high up above Porto Heli in a quiet location overlooking the bay and surrounded by pine trees and olives. The views on a clear day are beautiful; over to the Greek island of Spetses. This villa sleeps up to 10 guests in a newly finished property which provides a clean and comfortable environment to enjoy a self catering villa holiday in Greece. House on the Hill is in a lovely position being high up above Porto Heli in a quiet location overlooking the bay and surrounded by pine trees and olives.

This is a very large L-shaped property that has been recently completed to a high standard. The main entrance is from the upper level. This opens out onto a very spacious open plan reception room whose L-shaped veranda runs along its length. This large room has a comfortable living area with leather sofas centred around a fireplace with French Windows leading out onto the veranda with an outdoor living area. Similarly, the inside dining area which can seat 8 guests has French Windows leading to the same L-shaped veranda where there is also a wonderful outdoor dining area for 10 guests. From the veranda, there are magnificent views over the pines and olives with the bay of Porto Heli in the distance with the island of Spetses behind. There is a very well equipped and stylish kitchen with doors leading to an outside kitchen veranda. Throughout, the colours of the décor are in soothing pale shades with cool tiled floors, and exposed beams with high ceilings giving a sense of spaciousness and simplicity.

On this upper level, there are a large master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin-bedded room also with its own en-suite shower room. Both of these upper floor bedrooms have their own balconies looking out over the sea view. A staircase leads from the back of the house down to the lower level.

The lower level of the house has a large guest suite which has its own independent outside entrance as well as internal access from the main house. This guest suite is directly under the main reception room and veranda so is particularly spacious with a king-sized bed, a living area that also has 2 comfortable armchairs that can be converted to 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Also on this level and accessed from the inside of the main house are two further twin bedded rooms. One of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and the other has a bathroom with shower across the hallway. This lower level opens directly onto the swimming pool terrace.

The outside areas of the villa are generous with a large, private swimming pool surrounded by various sun terraces and newly landscaped gardens fringed by the surrounding pine forest. This is a quiet area of Porto Heli with the nearest tavernas and shops being around 2 ˝ kms. down the hill. The Porto Heli area has hundreds of small coves and beaches and the nearest would be about a 10 min drive. The cosmopolitan marina town of Porto Heli with its array of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops would also be about a 10 min drive.

This is a lovely, spacious family house in which to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the summer season.
