This pretty, dusky-pink villa was designed to take full advantage of the spectacular views from its special location just above the sea. The villa is particularly tranquil and private since the garden extends into natural woodland carpeted with thousands of crocus and cyclamen in spring and autumn.

The property is situated on two self-contained levels each with a separate entrance. Entering the ground floor, there is a large and delightful living room which is comfortably furnished and decorated in a pleasing island style. The kitchen is well equipped and has a lovely, traditional feel with its wooden dresser and pretty crockery with dining area for four. There is a spacious double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The outside terrace is very spacious with covered dining area and separate sunbathing terrace. The dazzling array of bougainvillea frames an unparalleled view of the bay which is so close that you feel you could almost touch the sails of the yachts as they glide past.

Walking up the pathway from the ground level is an outside staircase leading up to the 1st floor level of the house. This level has the layout of a studio style apartment with living and dining area, small but well equipped kitchen and sleeping area with double bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a wonderful top level sunbathing terrace private to this level with the same stunning views over the bay.

Swimming could not be closer – from either terrace, simply walk down the drive and plunge into the deliciously cool sea from the swimming platform! This is a quiet part of the bay and hours can be spent sunbathing and swimming here in peaceful surroundings.

The colourful little port of Fiskardo, a favourite anchorage for yachts, is within very easy walking distance. The Venetian architecture of the waterfront village has been beautifully preserved and plays host to a myriad of colours - russet pink and duck egg blue shops, balconies decorated with bright flowers, sleepy cafe bars, brightly painted fishing boats, sleek yachts, varied tavernas and small, boutique shops. The bay looks out across to the island of Ithaka and boasts many secluded beaches and coves surrounded by cypress and olive trees. The Yachtsman’s View is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Fiskardo has to offer.
