Villa Xenia was completed for the 2006 season to very high specifications and is located on the tranquil island of Alonissos in the Sporades. This brand new villa has a well thought-out floor plan with the entrance on the 1st floor. From the entry hall, there are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and a smaller bedroom has two bunk beds. There is a large bathroom with a full sized bath and shower on this floor. The two double bedrooms have direct access onto a large first floor balcony/terrace, half of which is covered by a pergola. This balcony has exquisite views of Tzortzi Gialos bay and beach and is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening ouzo. There are external stairs offering a convenient way down to the lower terrace and swimming pool.

The ground floor of the villa comprises the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a 4th bedroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including a microwave oven and dish-washer. The dining room has a large dining table comfortably seating six, the living room with a TV and Stereo system is furnished with comfortable divan sofa and love seat, coffee table and the bookshelves lining one wall offer ambiance and warmth to the room. All furnishing are of the highest quality and style. The 4th bedroom is a double bedroom with en-suite w/c shower room. This bedroom has access to its own private side terrace via double French doors. There is also a guest WC on this level. All areas of the ground floor have French Windows leading out onto the spacious swimming pool terrace.

Outside, there are spectacular views to the beach below. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table and chairs with a built-in bbq at one end. The swimming pool is particularly large at 10x6 metres.

The pool area is fully furnished with sun beds and parasols and the sunbathing terrace is also set up for night use. With lovely atmospheric landscape lighting and pool lights, the scene is set for enjoying warm summer nights in and around the pool.

Villa Xenia is in a very private setting. Its south facing position offers plenty of light and sunshine all day and fantastic views of Tzortzi Gialos beach which is only a 10 minute walk away. There are also several other fabulous beaches all within walking distance and the picturesque harbour of Steni Vala which is a favourite achorage for yachts is 2.5 kms from the villa. Here there are some excellent fish tavernas as well as some shops and cafes.
