Imagine a pathway with arches of jacaranda trees leading to a large, elegant Italianesque stone house set in stunning mature landscaped gardens with a swimming pool overlooking the iridiscent blue of the Saronic Gulf. This is a gracious, comfortable and elegant house with tastefully chosen antiques, rugs and textiles.

The stone entrance to the main house leads to a first reception room with invitingly comfortable furnishings and TV. This opens out onto the main living room with a central fireplace and a unique collection of antique furnishings and rugs - a wonderful space for either relaxing or entertaining. The farmhouse style kitchen with its stone floor, large rustic table and fireplace is the perfect place to dream up new culinary delights. These reception rooms lead to a kitchen patio - a wonderful place to enjoy alfresco dining with fine views across the swimming pool to the sea beyond.

The first of two splendid Master Bedrooms is at garden level and has its own full bathroom. The elegant double bed enjoys a calming breeze from the French windows which open onto a private breakfast patio beneath an arched veranda. The upper level has an equally inviting master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. French windows lead to a veranda and stunning views across the Saronic. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and their own bathroom facilities.

There is a seperate stone guest house adjoining the main house, with twin beds and a tastefully designed bathroom. In addition to this is a single room with ensuite shower.

To the rear of the house, the swimming pool lies in the heart of the gardens, enticingly visible from all aspects.

This house and its grounds have been lovingly created to provide one of the finest private holiday villas we have seen. It comes fully staffed including a chef.
