However, on the ground floor there is, also, an independent room with double bed, a small kitchenette and its own backyard. As there is a different private entrance for this room it can, potentially, accommodate the house personnel.
Moving on the first floor, an open space bedroom will be revealed with mesmerizing views of the sunset on the left and sunrise on the right side. A high-end projector, over the bed, will play your favorite movies without having to sacrifice the ease of the bed. Apart from that, there is a separate wardrobe room and a luxury bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is also a spacious balcony which can be accessed through the ground floor as well.
The outside area consists of a lovely green garden and a big fully furnished patio with a dining area. The space of the dining area is protected through a glass pergola and includes a heating system, so it can be used all year around. From the main entrance of the garden there is a small path that will get you to the independent double bedroom of the ground floor. In the front, there is parking space for 3 cars.
Moreover, as the land extends front beach the property comes with a unique tree house which will provide you with panoramic views of the sunset, where you can relax and unwind in comfort and style.
